This was my first visit and the staff and Dr were very professional. The technician who helped me picked out my frames and do my prescription options was very helpful and honest. She gave me options and her personal opinion was very helpful to me. I had a  great experience.  The technician at the front desk who helped me was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Dr Vincent was very knowledgeable and helpful with his options that he suggested to me.

Dr. Vincent and his staff worked me in right away showing concert for the urgent eye problem that I had!! It turned out to be a cornea ulcer which needed immediate attention and antibiotics!

The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly.  Dr. Thompson extended care above and beyond what was expected.  I would like  to personally thank him for his sincere concern in regards to my elderly mother's health.  Thank you sooo much and may God bless you for you truly exemplify the true meaning of providing CARE.  The world needs more providers like you.  Again, thank you Gail Ward/daughter of Elizabeth Lambert

They answer all your questions and do a great job with exam. They explain what each procedure they are doing. They also do partial pay. When you get your glasses they send you a text when it's ready. The glasses can in fast.

Found this place on Google while I was eating breakfast… Breakfast was great by the way lol! I was a little stressed out because I’m not from here and I was  uncertain about eye glass centers. I was greeted with a super friendly smile and a welcome in. The front desk gave me peace of mind instantly. After a very short wait Brittney one of the eye wear specialists came over and helped me out. She had very great customer service and was very knowledgeable. Super duper big shout out at Brittney thank you so much for your help!

The nurses and the doctors made me feel very welcome.  The doctors were very understanding, patient, and caring.  So much that  they  brought  tears to my eyes.  I would definitely recommend this team.
